Graduate Program Applications
Applications have now closed.
Internships
Treasury will be offering a limited number of internships for students over the period of December 2009 to February 2010. Please note that all positions are based in Canberra. If you are from interstate you will need to arrange your own transport to ACT as well as your accommodation during the internship.
To be eligible to apply, you:
- Need to be an Australian Citizen
- Must have completed at least first and second year of your degree, with solid results (credit average or above).
We are seeking applicants who are in the process of completing degrees in the following areas:
- Economics and Econometrics
- Law
- Mathematics
- Public Policy
- Commerce
- Taxation and related disciplines.
You also need to have a strong interest in public policy.

Please email your resume, university transcript, confirmation of Australian Citizenship and details on the areas of the department which are of most interest. Applications will be assessed by the Graduate Coordinator and relevant General Managers. Please note that as we have a limited number of internships available each year, we will not be able to provide opportunities to all applicants.
