Graduate Development Program – Indigenous Affirmative Measure
The process is only open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.

Processes like this help address the under-representation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians in the Australian Public Service.
While merit remains the basis for selection, engagement and promotion, the aim of this process is to increase the representation of Indigenous Australians in Treasury and the Australian Public Service.
